Durations are typical for a project of ordinary scope and move with the product. A qualification campaign for flight hardware is not the one an industrial controller needs, and a schedule is fixed against your requirement rather than against this table.

Some stages run in-house and some run with partners, under our specification and our quality system. Either way it is one contract, one schedule and one point of accountability.
